Our Story

We are Mike and Becky McNamee, founders of Legacy of Faith. Married since 1984, we have three grown children, all married, and six wonderful grandchildren. At the age of twenty-five, we both made the life-changing decision to commit our lives to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. By His grace, we continue to enjoy a deep, vibrant relationship with Him.

Soon after starting our family, we made a commitment to live out a Christ-centered marriage. Our prayer has always been that our children and their families would know, love, and follow Christ all their days, blessing Him and impacting future generations.

Mike’s career began in corporate sales management and executive consulting, where he spent 18 years before transitioning to a 12-year tenure with the Navigators. During that time, he served as the General Manager of the Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs. He has a deep passion for helping men become strong spiritual leaders in their homes.

Becky has devoted herself to being a loving wife, homemaker, homeschool mom, and proud Grammy. Her heart’s desire is to help women discover and embrace their God-given purpose, encouraging them to support and empower their husbands as leaders. Together, we consider it a tremendous privilege and blessing to invest spiritually in our children and their marriages.

We have been honored to minister to and encourage hundreds of people across the globe, including in the United States, Canada, Ghana, Uganda, Togo, Ethiopia, Tanzania, India, Kenya, Indonesia, Great Britain, Senegal, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and France.

Our Mission

The Problem:
We are living in a time of unprecedented cultural and spiritual drift. Biblical values are no longer the norm, and younger generations are increasingly disconnected from faith. Yet, in the midst of this challenge, one of the most underutilized and powerful influences remains: grandparents. Christian grandparents carry both the desire and the opportunity to shape the spiritual lives of their grandchildren—but many lack the tools, confidence, and support to do so effectively.

Our Response:
We exist to meet this critical need. Through retreat-based experiences, we equip grandparents with practical tools, biblical vision, and renewed purpose to intentionally invest in their families’ spiritual future.

The Impact:
When grandparents are equipped, their influence extends far beyond what they may ever see—impacting children, grandchildren, and generations to come.

Why It’s Worth Investing In:
This is not just a ministry for today—it’s a strategy for generational transformation.
